Stay Alert - Control the Virus - Save Lives

NOTE: The Green is open subject to a range of restrictions - see below!

Important - from 29th March:

- you MUST BOOK a time slot using TeamUp - Click Here to Book.
- Social Bowling every Saturday and Sunday starting on 3 April at 2pm for a maximum of
 
16 players. Open to any members but no spectators, please arrive by 1.45pm.

- Challenges' Games for members start on Monday 5 April, on Monday morning, Tuesday
   evening, Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning, anyone interested please contact
   either Jane Ferretti or Dave Denver.

Toilt Access to the clubhouse to use the disabled toilet (only) is available. Please wipe down surfaces, specifically door handles. General Membership From 29/3 All Players
Over 70’s This group have additional risks due to the nature of the virus and additional conditions should be adopted to keep everyone safe. General Membership From 29/3 All Players
Attendance Names, dates and times of anyone at the green must be recorded using TeamUp, For organised bowling names will be recorded by the organiser.

Opening of buildings The Bowls Pavilion will remain closed other than to access essential equipment.
Risks will be assessed prior to the opening of club facilities.
The Disabled toilet is open from 29 March under strict guidelines as notified in the Main Pavilion

All members are asked to consider both themselves and others and take all reasonable precautions to stay safe.

This Action Plan/ Risk Assessment should be used in conjunction with advice from the Government and is intended as a guide to clubs to safely consider all the risks associated with reopening your green.

From the 17th May (at the earliest)
Up to 30 people permitted to be on or around the Green.
The Pavilions remain closed except for use of disabled toilet.
Only drinks/refreshments permitted are those you bring yourself.
League matches commence with a 19 week season.

From the 21st June (at the earliest)
Pavilions fully open
Other restrictions are expected to be lifted.
